About the event
We have a workshop to discuss the correlation of exercise and mental health building on our fitness month of April. We will be joined by coach Leslie who will be sharing nuggets on: - how to make exercise part of your daily routing - simple exercises that'll get you moving - free resources to help you get better at a routine.
Fitness is part of the equation and also what you eat is equally important. If you have any burning questions to ask about how to get fit, what free resources exists or for anything else, then please join us next week Tuesday!
